FEATURES:

An auxiliary material in dust form improved to remove sulphur and bleach viscose fabrics in lower temperature.

Viscose fibre?s swelling value and cleaning process must be done at 60 °C.

Sulphur on viscose is taken away by POWERWHITE, and smoother surface is achieved.

To bleach viscose, no need to add peroxide in bath. You must add 2 ? 4 gr./lt hydrogen peroxide in bath to obtain optic white.

In prepatory processed fabrics, no resistance loss happens and achieved softer tuch.

It is applied in exhausting method.

Effective in soft and hard water.

Resolves at 30 ? 40 °C easily. Must not resolve with hot water because of activity at 60°C.

FEATURES:

Can be used standalone and no bleaching and cooking process needed.

Applied in one bath and it provides water saving. Used with whether reactive or direct paints.

Prevents fracture and improves fabric behavior positively. Foam is controlable.

Provides time, workmanship, storage and water saving.

USAGE:

Raw Fabric : Can be used standalone for complete bleaching material. Added in bath, generally works about 30 minutes at 30 ? 40 °C for painting knit fabrics with exhausting method. Later dyestuff added in same bath and painting continues as usual. Only soda amount is increased by %20. If there are heavy oil stains on raw fabric firstly oil remover process is applied.

For Paint Bath: Fabric which will be painted light, is bleached in minimum level.

When hydrophility is not enough,

POWERZOLEV ? KKM addition in painting bath increases painting productivity and provides homogen painting. When there are heavy metal ions in process water and water is hard,  it?s necessary to add ion holder in bath.

Temperature                 70 ? 80 °C  If foulard has heating feature in foulard, if not temperature is provided to be heated up in reserve tank.

For oil accumulated in foulard: oil layer on foulard surface must be thrown away with overflowing.
